Privacy Policy

GrowthWise is an AI-assisted growth cockpit for B2B software companies. It reads your connected marketing and analytics data, scores how far your numbers can be trusted (the Health Score) and suggests a weekly set of growth tasks for your team.

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk. We never see or store your Google password.

Company profile. Information you choose to give us during onboarding or later, such as your growth goals, current situation, ideal customer, target metric and who approves your weekly sprint.

Data from connected platforms. When you connect a platform, you grant GrowthWise read-only access through that platform's own consent screen. Depending on what you connect, we read:

Google Analytics 4: website traffic, traffic sources, engagement and conversion (key event) figures for the properties you can access.

Google Search Console: search clicks, impressions and average position for the sites you can access.

Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads (when available): tag configuration and health, ad spend, campaign results, conversions and leads.

Google Drive, Notion and Jira (when available, and only after you enable them): the documents, pages and tickets you choose to share, such as strategy documents and past tasks.

We only request read access. GrowthWise does not change anything in your connected accounts. Any future feature that writes to an account (for example adding negative keywords to an ad account) will be separately described and will only act after your explicit approval.

Slack. When you install the GrowthWise Slack app, we receive basic workspace and user information (names, user IDs and email addresses, used to send private messages to the right person), messages in which GrowthWise is mentioned, and your clicks on GrowthWise buttons. We do not read other messages in your workspace.

Work you create in GrowthWise. Weekly reports, sprints, tasks, owners, statuses, ideas, votes, questions you ask and feedback such as "Useful" or "Not useful".

Usage and technical data. Basic logs such as pages visited, errors, browser type and IP address, used to operate, secure and improve the Service.

We use information to:

provide the Service: calculate your Health Score, generate weekly moves and sprint drafts, answer your team's questions, send Slack summaries and reminders, and show reports and task dashboards;

tailor recommendations to your company profile and to feedback you give on earlier suggestions;

keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems;

communicate with you about your account and the Service;

meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your connected-platform data for advertising.

GrowthWise uses Anthropic's Claude models to analyse your data and write recommendations and answers. To do this, relevant parts of your data (for example aggregated traffic figures, your company profile and your question) are sent to Anthropic for processing. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, this data is not used to train their models. GrowthWise does not use your data to train any AI model.

AI-generated recommendations can be wrong. Each recommendation shows the data and assumptions it is based on, and a sprint only starts after a person in your company approves it.

GrowthWise's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of GrowthWise described in this policy.

We do not transfer Google user data to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you give us permission for a specific support request, it is necessary for security reasons or to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.

We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.

We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:

If you connect Jira, Notion, Trello or Asana, tasks are synchronised with that tool according to your settings.

Some of these providers are located in the United States. Where data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Figures such as ad spend and revenue are sent only to the founder (or the person they choose) by private message, not to shared Slack channels.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Daily metrics are kept to provide historical comparisons. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal reasons.

Disconnect at any time. Use "Remove Google access" on the Integrations page, or revoke access from your Google, Meta, LinkedIn or Slack account settings. We stop reading new data immediately.

Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it by writing to support@growthwise.tech.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or KVKK), you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your data protection authority.

Connection tokens are kept in our authentication provider's private storage, which is only reachable from our servers and never sent to the browser. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to production systems is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach as required by law.

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will notify account owners by email or in the app.
