Is the audit really free?
Yes. Connect Google Analytics 4 and you get a Health Score, three moves and a report. No credit card.
What happens after the free month?
You move to the Starter plan. Your data, tasks and history stay. You can upgrade to Growth from inside the app at any time.
Can I trust the numbers in my plan?
Each move shows the data rows it is based on, and every number in it is checked against your own data before you see it. If a number can't be confirmed, the card says so.
Do I pay per question or per seat?
No. Growth has unlimited questions in Slack and unlimited team members. MCP questions run on your own Claude plan (ChatGPT access planned), so we add no AI fees.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Paying yearly saves 20%: $239 a month, billed as $2,868 a year.
How do I pay?
By card through Paddle, the merchant of record and payment provider for GrowthWise. Paddle handles billing, receipts and sales tax or VAT in your country. You can cancel any time.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel any time. On the monthly plan you keep full access until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again; we don't refund the current month. On the yearly plan, if you cancel within the first 30 days we refund the full amount. After that, you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
Can GrowthWise change my ad campaigns?
No. GrowthWise only reads your reports. It never creates, edits or pauses anything in your ad accounts.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. The first 10 teams on Growth get 25% off for 12 months, and startups in accelerator or fund portfolios get a separate offer. Ask us.
Do I need a growth manager to use it?
No. It is built for teams without one. Each task comes with step-by-step instructions.
