Terms of Service

GrowthWise is an AI-assisted growth cockpit. It connects to analytics, search, advertising and work tools you choose, scores how far your data can be trusted (the Health Score), and each week suggests a set of growth tasks that a person in your company can approve, edit or reject. It is available at app.growthwisetech.com and through the GrowthWise Slack app.

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite, including their roles (Founder, Growth Manager, Team member). Tell us promptly at support@growthwise.tech if you suspect unauthorised use.

Plans and prices are listed on growthwisetech.com. The Starter plan is free and includes a 14-day trial of paid features. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude taxes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may connect third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Slack, Jira, Notion and Google Drive. You confirm that you are allowed to grant GrowthWise access to them. Access is read-only unless a feature clearly states otherwise and you approve each action. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

You keep all rights to the data you provide or connect ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data only to provide, secure and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Customer Data and do not use it to train AI models.

Health Scores, recommendations, task cards, expected-impact estimates and answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They are decision support, not professional, legal or financial advice. Each recommendation shows the data and assumptions behind it; you decide what to approve and act on. We do not guarantee any particular business result.

You agree not to:

use the Service for anything unlawful or to infringe anyone's rights;

try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service;

upload malicious code or overload our systems;

resell the Service without our written agreement (agency and white-label use is available under a separate agreement).

We aim to keep the Service available and working well, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features that depend on third-party approvals (for example ad platform integrations) may change or be delayed. We may improve or change the Service; if a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will tell you in advance.

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of these Terms. We maintain reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect Customer Data.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these Terms and do not fix the breach within a reasonable time after notice. After termination you can request an export of your data within 30 days, after which we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law, such as consumer protection rules in your country, says otherwise.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
